1Checking account must have at least one payroll, retirement or social security deposit of at least $250 in the last 60 days. 2The balance used in the criteria will be the sum of the quarterly average of each loan and share account for a member. A maximum of $100,000 is used in calculating the quarterly average loan balance. 3ATM transactions may be subject to surcharge fees charged by the individual ATM owner. 4Message and data fees may apply from your wireless carrier. 5Courtesy Pay applies when TTCU Federal Credit Union ("TTCU" or "we") pays checks, Automatic Clearing House (“ACH”) transactions, bill pay and other payment transactions when the amount exceeds the available balance in your checking account, other than one-time or nonrecurring debit card transactions. TTCU does not pay overdrafts for ATM and everyday debit card transactions unless you have affirmatively consented to the service (Courtesy Pay Plus). Courtesy Pay is available to members in good standing who are 18 years of age or older. A 60-day waiting period applies to new checking accounts. A $24.00 fee may be imposed on each transaction submitted and paid that exceeds your available account balance. Any negative balance must be repaid within 30 days. Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and TTCU reserves the right not to pay. For example, TTCU typically does not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing. Please refer to the Membership and Account Agreement, the Courtesy Pay and Overdraft Transfer Protection Agreements at ttcu.com for full details. 6TTCU does not charge a Courtesy Pay fee if the transaction creates a negative available balance of less than $10; if you have a Qualifying Account and Qualifying Direct Deposit and the transaction creates a negative available balance of less than $100; or if you have already incurred five (5) Courtesy Pay fees on the same day. A Qualifying Account is any checking account other than a Fresh Start checking. Qualifying Direct Deposit means the checking account has at least one payroll, retirement or social security deposit of at least $250 that is directly deposited into the Qualifying Account with in the past sixty days of the overdraft transaction. 7A Reward Dividend is paid to the qualifying members’ account at the end of each quarter.
