Lost or Stolen Card?

Simply log into digital banking or open the app. Click on ‘Cards.’ Select your card and tap ‘Lock this card’ to secure it.

Debit Card - Call Member Relations immediately at (918) 749-8828 or toll-free (800) 234-8828. If after business hours, select the appropriate call menu option and you'll be forwarded to 24/7 card assistance. If your debit card was closed, contact TTCU during business hours to order a replacement card.

Credit Card - If your TTCU Platinum, CashBack or DreamBuilder credit card is lost or stolen, call (866) 936-8828.

Your contactless credit card provides a secure, touchless way for your checkout experience that is fast and convenient. Each purchase is uniquely encrypted and has the same level of security as when you insert your chip or enter your PIN.

  1. Look for the contactless symbol at checkout.
  2. Simply tap the terminal to make your payment.
  3. Once your payment is complete, you're good to go.

For terminals that are not contactless-enabled, insert or swipe your EMV card.

Your TTCU credit card offers extra protection against fraud. A credit card representative may call you to verify a purchase if it is outside your normal spending. TTCU must have correct contact numbers on file to provide this protection. If the information on your statement is incorrect, please update it by calling 800.234.8828, Ext. 2215.
