Lost or Stolen Card?

Simply log into digital banking or open the app. Click on ‘Cards.’ Select your card and tap ‘Lock this card’ to secure it.

Debit Card - Call Member Relations immediately at (918) 749-8828 or toll-free (800) 234-8828. If after business hours, select the appropriate call menu option and you'll be forwarded to 24/7 card assistance. If your debit card was closed, contact TTCU during business hours to order a replacement card.

Credit Card - If your TTCU Platinum or CashBack credit card is lost or stolen, call (866) 936-8828.
